BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 30 - Jan. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Dec. 30

Jaimee Inney, 41, of Montville, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means on South Mountain Valley Highway in Montville. 

Jan. 2

Deputy Jordan Tozier responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on Brooks Road in Thorndike. The driver and passenger were uninjured and the vehicle sustained minor damage. 

Richard L. Rice, 32, of Camden, was issued a summons for speeding 63 mph in a 45 mph zone on Waldo Station Road in Waldo. 

Jan. 3

Burleigh L. Dunham, 58, of Knox, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on North Searsport Road in Frankfort.
