    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 13-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Dec. 13

    Michael Eaton, 41, of Burnham, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means on Troy Road in Burnham. 

    Dec. 22

    Natasha Beckett, 30, of Knox, was issued a summons for violation of bail in Knox. 

    Dec. 23

    Deputy David Wight responded to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Detroit Road in Troy where a southbound driver was distracted by an unrelated accident and rear-ended the vehicle driving in front of them. No one was injured in the crash and both vehicles were towed from the scene. 

    Paul Lawrence, 48, of Swanville, was arrested for assault on an officer and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

    Allen D. Henry, 44, of Carmel, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating without a license, and violating conditions of release on Route 1 in Winterport. 

    Dec. 26

    Gregory S. Stearns, 58, of Monroe, was arrested for operating under the influence on Monroe Road in Winterport. 

    Dec. 27

    Devon Danforth, 21, of Swanville, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Swan Lake Ave in Belfast. 

    Dec. 28

    Joshua Locke, 30, of Bangor, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violation of bail on North Searsport Road in Swanville. 

    Scott Steele, 46, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and two counts of violation of bail on Stream Road in Winterport. 

    Kergen M. Perkins, 18, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor. 

    Anson E. Bell, 28, of Belmont, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Augusta Road in Belmont. 

    Dec. 29

    Christopher Moody, 43, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for failure to report a crash by quickest means on Route 225 in Lincolnville. 

    Dec. 30

    Deputy David Wight responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on Waldo Station Road in Waldo. Both the driver and passenger were uninjured and the 2012 Nissan sustained functional damage. 

    Jacob Rose, 20, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on South Main Street in Morrill. 

    Dec. 31

    David M. Barlow, 58, of Gardiner, was arrested for criminal trespass on Stage Coach Road in Unity.
