BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 29 - Dec. 7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Nov. 29

Cailin McFadden, 25, of Waldo, was arrested for failure to appear. 

Nov. 30

Nicholas Dane, 31, of Toledo, Ohio, was issued a summons for burglary (conspiracy) on Martin Woods Road in Palermo. 

Joel Peasley, 36, of Sidney, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating a condition of release, (two counts of) burglary, criminal mischief, and unauthorized use on Martin Woods Road in Palermo. 

Dec. 5

Cameron Starkey, 26, of Troy, was arrested for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry. 

Dean Philbrick, 33, of Monroe, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and operating after suspension on Bartlett Hill Road in Monroe. 

Dec. 8

Clinton L. King, 23, of Detroit, was issued a summons for failure to remain on scene at a property damage crash on Berry Road in Unity.
