BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 17 - Dec. 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Nov. 17

Michael W. Embry Jr., 20, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Thorndike Road in Unity. 

Nov. 23

Tyler Damon, 28, of Swanville, was arrested for violating conditions of release and a false public alarm or report on Public Safety Way in Belfast. 

Tina M. Herrick, 56, of Lincolnville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Belfast Road in Lincolnville. 

Dec. 3

Robert A. Mitchell, 34, of Unity, was arrested for operating under the influence on Bangor Road in Troy.

Dec. 4

Cole R. Smith, 21, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Main Street in Unity.
