BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 25-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Oct. 25

Zachary T. Ramsey, 21, of Northport, was issued summonses for operating without a license and attaching false plates on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks. 

Oct. 26

Tyler Hutchins, 28, of Hollis, was arrested for assault (two counts) and disorderly conduct on Fort Knox Road in Prospect. 

Oct. 30

Michael Frost, 66, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for criminal speed (95 mph in a 50 mph zone) on Loggin Road in Frankfort. 

Oct. 31

Corey J. Caulkins, 40, of Winterport, was issued a summons for harassment by telephone in Winterport.
