BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 22-29. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Oct. 22

Corporal Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on Bangor Road in Troy. The driver was uninjured and their vehicle sustained functional damage. 

Oct. 23

Nicole M. Walton, 46, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Road South in Frankfort. 

Oct. 24

Corporal McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on Winnecook Road in Burnham. The driver was uninjured and their vehicle sustained functional damage.

Corporal McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on North Horseback Road in Burnham. The driver was uninjured and their vehicle was towed due to disabling damage. 

Corporal McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on Waterville Road in Unity. The driver was uninjured and their vehicle was towed due to disabling damage. 

Oct. 26

Jason L. Brewster, 36, of Knox, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Belfast Road in Knox. 

Oct. 27

Casey Palmer, 27, of Knox, was arrested for failure to appear.
