BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 26 - Oct 21.  An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Sept. 26 

Theodore Harris, 20, of Winterport, was arrested for aggravated criminal mischief in Winterport. 

Sept. 29

Frank Shields, 46, of Frankfort, was arrested for domestic violence aggravated assault on Stage Road in Frankfort. 

Oct. 11

Christopher T. Colwell, 35, of South China, was arrested for obstructing the report of a crime, unauthorized use of property, domestic violence assault, and criminal mischief on Nelson Lane in Palermo. 

Oct. 12

Elijah Harvey, 24, of Montville, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief on Peavey Town Road in Montville.

Oct. 18

Jessica R. Hill, 35, of Stonington, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Augusta Road in Belmont.

Oct. 19

Joanne M. Lydem, 48, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Bog Road in Troy. 

Oct. 20

Kerston Lane, 42, of Brooks, was arrested on warrants from Waldo and Penobscot County.
