BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 7-16 An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Oct. 7

Colby C. Gardner, 40, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Main Road in Winterport. 

Oct. 10

Matthew Richardson, 57, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for indecent conduct and criminal trespass on Greenacre Road in Lincolnville Aug. 24. 

Oct. 15

Zachary T. Martin, 18, of Liberty, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Stevens Road in Liberty. 

Heather Lyle, 39, of Unity, was issued a summons for theft on Bangor Road in Troy June 29.
