Waldo County Sheriff's beat: disorderly conduct, assault, criminal speed

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 29 - Feb. 15. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Jan. 20 (late entry)

    William C. Whitcomb, 38, of Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Waterville Road in Waldo. 

    Jan. 29

    Coleman Dodd, 23, of Appleton, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Moody Mountain Road in Searsmont. 

    Feb. 8

    Paul Lawrence, 48, of Waldo, was issued summonses for operating after revocation and violating conditions of release on Waldo Station Road in Waldo. Lawrence was also issued summonses for operating after revocation and violating conditions of release on Route 7 in Waldo Feb. 13. 

    Feb. 11

    Frederick Austin, 72, of Newport, was issued a summons for criminal speed (80 mph in a 45 mph zone) on Route 7 in Jackson. 

    Feb. 12

    Jessica Williams, 33, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Cape Jellison Road. 

    Dana D. Blake, 55, of Northport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

    Feb. 13

    John Talbot, 49, of Northport, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Feb. 14

    Joshua Robinson, 34, of Topsham, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of an accident and tampering with a witness on Route 69 in Winterport.
