BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 20-28. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

June 19

William R. Riley, 30, of Bangor, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Old County Road in Winterport.

June 20

Marshall L. Foster, 39, of Oxford, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on New England Road in Searsport.

June 22

Robert Rankin, 56, of Brooks, was arrested for failure to appear.

Michael Redding, 29, of Brooks, was arrested for failure to pay fines and fees.

Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Hadley Mill Road in Jackson. The operator of a 2009 Subaru struck was blinded by the sun when they came upon and struck a fallen tree in the roadway. The vehicle sustained functional damage and the driver was uninjured.

June 24

Donald J. Knowlton, 27, of Lincolnville, was arrested for violating a protection order on Heal Road in Lincolnville.

Benjamin Jewell, 35, of Hampden, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 1A in Searsport.

June 25

Deborah L. Hodgdon, 38, of Jackson, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Hadley Mill Road in Jackson.

June 27

Benjamin Sniger, 18, of Swanville, was issued a summons for unnecessary acceleration noise.
