BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 16-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Aug. 16

Brett Hayward, 45, of Northport, was issued summonses for improper passing and driving to endanger on Route 1. 

Aug. 22

Robert S. Gerry, 44, of Troy, was arrested for domestic violence assault on North Dixmont Road in Troy. 

Aug. 24

Arlen B. Riggs, 23, of Hope, was issued a summons for violation of bail conditions on Belfast Road in Lincolnville. 

Aug. 26

Susan O’Keeffe, 53, of Montville, was issued summonses for failure to yield to the right-of-way and aggravated driving to endanger on Route 137 in Waldo. 

Aug. 28

Tristan J.A. Pennington, 20, of Bradford, was issued summonses for exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more and operating after suspension on Back Winterport Road in Winterport.
