BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 8-12. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 8

John R. Hybers III, 29, of Troy, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Gordon Hill Road in Thorndike. 

Tracey L. Swan, 45, of Warren, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street North in Searsmont. 

March 9

Christopher Ray, 37, of Lincolnville, was arrested for gross sexual assault. 

Chandler S. Blodgett, 31, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for violation of a protection order on Seavy’s Landing Drive in Scarborough. 

Mindy B. Jackson, 67, of Lincolnville, was arrested for violation of bail conditions on Harbor Drive in Lincolnville.
