Davine C. Bussell, 38, of Waldo, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County May 11, 2021, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property in Waldo County May 11, 2021, dismissed.
Christian M. Reed, 29, of Palermo, operating under the influence in Palermo Aug. 28, 2022, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine.
Zebediah J. Maker, 39, of Liberty, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Liberty Jan. 2, 2024, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Liberty Jan. 2, 2024, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty Jan. 2, 2024, two days in jail;
unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Liberty Oct. 17, 2023 three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Montville Jan. 7, two days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Montville Jan. 7, 30 days in jail and $1,000 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Morrill March 2, 90 days in jail and $1,500 fine.

Cheyenne T. Bragdon, 27, of Augusta, operating a vehicle without a license in Liberty April 2, 2024, dismissed.
Christopher D. Caldwell, 25, of Knox, failure to register vehicle in Knox May 19, 2024, $150 fine.
Pennie Gamage, 41, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox April 18, 2024, dismissed.
Aaron J. Webb, 41, of Palmyra, domestic violence assault in Palermo Sept. 9, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Palermo Sept. 9, $250 fine.
Corey J. Freeman, 46, of Weaverville, North Carolina, operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Prospect Sept. 25, dismissed.
Randy S. Elwell, 27, of Brooks, solicitation of a child in Belfast Feb. 22, three years in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation; unlawful sexual touching in Belfast Feb. 22, 60 days in jail; visual sexual aggression against a child in Brooks Feb. 25, 60 days in jail; sexual misconduct with a child under age 14 in Brooks Feb. 25, 60 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks Feb. 25, 60 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Jan. 10, $250 fine.
