Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 6-13.

    Bradley Williams, 76, of Belfast, probation violation in Lincolnville Sept. 3, 2014, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended and one year of probation. 

    Brandon L. McDowell, 61, of West Warwick, Rhode Island, operating under the influence in Belfast May 14, 2017, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Lucas A. Murdock, 44, of Troy, domestic violence stalking in Burnham July 3, 2019, dismissed; violating a protection from abuse order (two counts) in Burnham July 3-4, 2019, $200 fine for each count; violating a protection from abuse order (three counts) in Burnham July 7, 2019; July 9, 2019; and July 10, 2019, all dismissed. 

    Brandi Pelletier, 32, of Randolph, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity July 6, 2019, dismissed; misuse of identification in Unity July 6, 2019, dismissed. 

    Zachary Lunt, 24, of Waldo, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 27, 2020, $400 fine.

    Nelson L. Martinez, 39, of Hermon, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Frankfort April 3, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Frankfort April 3, nine months one day in prison and $1,000 fine. 

    Zebediah J. Maker, 36, of Liberty, theft by receiving stolen property in Northport Jan. 26, dismissed. 

    Laderrick Roberts, 19, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 27, dismissed. 

    Connor Gorney, 21, of Madison, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Aug. 5, 2020, dismissed. 

    Dakota Sanford, 28, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 18, seven days in jail and $250 fine. 

    William C. Whitcomb, 40, of Monroe, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Oct. 1, $1,000 fine. 

    Taylor W. Plummer, 29, of Swanville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Northport Aug. 6, dismissed.

    Dakota K. Wing, 23, of Searsport unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs July 14, $400 fine. 

    Austin Dow, 24, of Guilford, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Winterport July 5, dismissed.
