Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 22 - Jan. 7. 

    Christopher Cutliffe, 46, of Bangor, probation violation in Stockton Springs Sept. 28, 2018, seven days in jail and probation partially revoked. 

    Theodore D. Harris, 22, of Winterport, probation violation in Winterport Sept. 24, 2019, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $5,164.41 restitution; violating a condition of release in Winterport Sept. 12, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Winterport Aug. 6, 48 hours in jail. 

    Krystyl A. Robbins, 28, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized use of property in Swanville Feb. 18, seven days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast July 2, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Waldo Sept. 1, 48 hours in jail. 

    Andrew P. Gerrish, 41, of Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked in Morrill Feb. 16, $250 fine. 

    Troy E. Bryant, 45, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast June 23, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 11, 48 hours in jail and $200 restitution. 

    Peter D. McGowan, 56, of Searsmont, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 25, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $900 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 25, 90 days in jail; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Aug. 25, 90 days in jail; criminal trespass in Lincolnville Aug. 3, 90 days in jail. 

    Wayne Lawrence, 41, of Belfast, criminal threatening in Belfast Sept. 6, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Belfast Sept. 6, dismissed; terrorizing in Belfast Sept. 6, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast Sept. 6, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast Sept. 6, dismissed. 

    Lawrence R. Caldwell, 53, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (two counts) in Jackson July 31, both dismissed. 

    Cameron A. Dana, 24, of Owls Head, escape in Belfast Sept. 29, nine months one day in prison. 

    Donald H. Resh Jr., 45, of Searsport, violating a condition of release in Searsport Dec. 31, seven days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Dec. 31, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Oct. 6, seven days in jail.
