Waldo County, closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 20-27. 

    Marc S. Gattullo, 30, of Portland, probation violation in Belfast Oct. 22, 2016, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Kyle L. Downs, 27, of Brooks, probation violation in Knox April 12, 2018, four months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Dec. 13, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; unsworn falsification in Stockton Springs Dec. 13, dismissed. 

    Harmony Palmer, 30, of Swanville, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 26, 2018, 24 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Caitlin E. McFadden, 25, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont March 23, $250 fine. 

    James E. Glidden, 36, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 31, 90 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Dean A. Hustus, 59, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Swanville Nov. 5, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Swanville Nov. 15, 48 hours in jail. 

    Dennis E. Boyd, 29, of Damariscotta, failure to register a vehicle in Searsmont Oct. 26, $150 fine. 

    David Pearson, 21, of Morrill, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Nov. 14, $100 fine. 

    Maria Raven, 28, of Thorndike, failure to register a vehicle in Unity Nov. 10, $150 fine. 

    Marion I. Hall, 82, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Nov. 26, dismissed. 

    David A. Roche, 23, of Brooks, operating an unregistered ATV in Troy Sept. 22, $200 fine. 

    Adin S. Randlett, 18, of Islesboro, untagged lobster traps in Islesboro Oct. 27, $100 fine.
