BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 15-21. 

William L. Kelley, 62, of Northport, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 6, dismissed. 

Philip J. Dulude, 51, of Orland, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 19, 14 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in (two counts) in Belfast Oct. 26, and Nov. 11, 48 hours in jail for each count; operating under the influence in Frankfort Nov. 17, 14 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Nov. 17, 48 hours in jail. 

William M. Holstein, 37, of Jacksonville, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Sept. 9, dismissed. 

Bradley B. Sherwood, 41, of Brooks, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Nov. 18, dismissed; failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Oct. 18, dismissed. 

Kyle K. White, 27, of Searsmont, attaching false plates in Belfast Sept. 23, dismissed.
