I’ve had the privilege of knowing Ray Thombs for 21 years, and in that time, he has exemplified genuine leadership and selflessness. Ray’s strength, humility, and commitment to truth are unmatched. He embodies what it means to be a servant leader, stepping up with courage and compassion, driven by faith and integrity.

Ray has supported my family during our darkest hours. When I lost my mom, he officiated her funeral with grace, bringing comfort and peace to a time of sorrow. He gives of himself without expecting anything in return, a rare quality that speaks volumes about his character.

Even when tragedy struck his own family and they nearly lost everything but their home, Ray’s commitment to others never wavered. I have walked alongside him through both heartbreak and joy—from saying goodbye to his beloved daughter to celebrating the weddings of his other children. Recently, Ray officiated my (our) own wedding, a beautiful day made even more meaningful by his presence.

Ray and his wife Tracey are beacons of hope and resilience, showing what it means to prioritize family and community. Their devotion to one another, and to community, is inspiring, and it’s an honor to support a man who truly leads by example.
