Vote for Nikki Haley

Thu, 02/22/2024 - 8:30pm

Maine holds its first open Presidential primary on March 5, 2024. Independent voters may vote without having to enroll in a political party.

Why is this important? Because Republican AND Independent voters can choose a leader who will make America normal again. Who? Vote for Nikki Haley.

Why Nikki? She’s a former ambassador to the United Nations and South Carolina governor.  A business woman. A military wife whose husband is an officer in the Army National Guard, currently deployed in Africa. A daughter of Indian immigrants and a mother of two. She’s a leader who really cares.

There are many reasons to vote for Nikki, and as a former Maine Legislator, I offer three:

1). Fiscal responsibility. Early in her career, Nikki served as CFO of her family’s clothing business. She rose to be the Treasurer of National Association of Women Business Owners. She “gets it” working with small businesses – making payrolls, balancing budgets, wearing lots of hats.

2. Global security. Every day we hear of conflicts around the globe. As U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki’s proven ability to build diplomatic relationships at home and abroad shows she’s ready for the Oval Office.

3. Character. Nikki is a person of strong character. She has a proven record of public service and commitment to community. She describes herself as the “next generation” of leadership. Her time has come.

I encourage you to vote Nikki on March 5 – early voting has started and you can vote now!
