ROCKLAND — Breakwater Commons, a 96 bed state of the art nursing and rehabilitation facility in Rockland, will hold a 1-year Anniversary Celebration of service to the community Sunday, Sept. 22. Entertainment begins at 4 p.m., and the meal begins at 5 p.m.

Good Life Entertainment will be on hand to provide DJ and Karaoke fun for residents, families, staff and visiting community members who would like to tour the facility and grounds.

“This will be a good old-fashioned cookout of hamburgers, hot dogs, desserts and soft drinks until supply lasts,” said Breakwater Commons, in a news release

Breakwater Commons is located at 100 Commons Drive off Old County Road, about 1/3 of a mile from the intersection of Route 17 and a mile from the Route 1 intersection in Rockport. Parking will be directed by facility personnel. RSVPs are not necessary.

If it is actively raining during the scheduled time, the event is likely to be postponed, according to a news release.
