THOMASTON — Volunteers will once again offer a prepared sit-down community Thanksgiving Day feast in Thomaston with all of the traditional offerings.

The community meal begins at 12 p.m., on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, 2024, at the Federated Church, 8 Hyler Street, in Thomaston. Thomaston Random Acts of Kindness is hosting the event.

Please put in your reservation for meals by November 22.

TO ORDER: Email Kella at kellabellar@yahoo.com or by phone (leave message) or text to 207-691-1500. Indicate how many meals you would like, as well as any food allergies and provide Thomaston Random Acts of Kindness with your name and phone number. You will receive a confirmation. 

"If you are unable to join us at the church for the meal on the 28th, please inquire about meal delivery," said organizers, in a news release.

Donations will be accepted, though they are not required. All proceeds support next year's community meal.
