BELFAST - Valentine’s Day is still three days off, but that’s close enough for fresh seafood.
At Hannaford supermarket Wednesday morning, Tim Taylor unveiled a display of mussels in the shape of a heart. On the top, spelled out in ice was, “Be Mine.”
Asked about the creation, he acknowledged it was his work. “I just wanted to do something different,” he said.
