Rockport Police beat: Operating after suspension, inspection, insurance violations
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Feb. 18-22. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Feb. 18
Cassandra Flaherty, 32, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for operating after suspension.
Feb. 19
Tonya Anders, 42, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for inspection violation, failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
Gabriel Wyer, 33, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for inspection violation.
Feb. 20
Eric Read, 29, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for insurance violation.
Craig Lancaster, 20, of Thorndike, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.
John A. Sadler III, 23, of Stonington, was issued a summons by Ford for operating without a license beyond restriction.
John A. Dibert, 41, of Wiscasset, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
Feb. 22
Simon D. Derico, 34, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Smith for operating with an expired license more than 90 days.
Michael M. Mills, 58, of Liberty, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register motor vehicle, 30-150 days.
