Rockport Police beat: Arrest warrants, OUI, studded tires violation
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Aug. 22-Sept. 7. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Aug. 22
Justin E. Gushee, 36, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for insurance violation.
Aug. 23
Jean Osterlin, 25, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.
Aug. 24
Casandra Wyman, 35, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for studded tire violation.
Wendy Whitten, 45, of Hawaii, was arrested by Smith on three warrants.
Aug. 25
Adelia Leonard, 36, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating under the influence.
Aug. 26
Tyler Batty, 31, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after suspension.
Aug. 27
Thomas A. Clark, 62, was issued a summons by Ford for failure to yield while entering a public way.
Aug. 29
Bruce Jordan, 58, of Veazie, was issued a summons by Shaw for insurance violation.
Aug. 30
Richard Payson, 63, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for operating under the influence.
Sept. 1
Brianna Flynn, 19, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Smith for speeding 74 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Sept. 2
Gina Glidden, 27, of St. George, was issued a summons by Smith for driving to endanger.
Sept. 3
Cynthia Cook, 53, of Tenants Harbor, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection and insurance violations.
Kadhim Mandalawi, 33, of Revere, Mass., was issued a summons by Moore for speeding 64 mph in a 40 mph zone.
John A. Leiter, 26, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation, operating unregistered motor vehicle.
Sept. 7
James Cook, 45, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for unsecured load on a vehicle.
Travis B. Heal, 33, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Brian F. Scott, 57, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Smith for illegal attachment of plates, insurance violation.
