Rockport Police beat: Arrest warrant, OUI, unregistered vehicles
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity April 8-19. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
April 8
Caitlin Carpenter, 29, of Lincolnville, was charged by Officer Jim Moore with operating under the influence and violating a condition of release.
April 10
Megan Rogers, 33, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days.
Kevin Donlin, 19, of Warren, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.
April 11
Una Ward, 60, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
Lynda Beavers, 66, of Gardiner, was charged by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
April 12
Geneva McAvey, 59, of Union, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for failure to register motor vehicle, 30-150 days.
April 13
Adelia Leonard, 37, of Rockport, was arrested by Smith on a warrant.
April 14
Joshua Weaver, 31, of Warren, was issued a summons by Shaw for violating a condition of release.
April 15
Saw Turner, 35, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Moore for inspection violation.
April 16
Angela Additon, 34, of Lewiston, was issued a summons by Taylor for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.
April 17
Phylipp Stevens, 26, of Searsmont, was issued a summons by Taylor for operating unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.
April 19
Hayley Flinn, 27, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Shaw for failure to register motor vehicle 30-150 days.
