Rockport Police beat: Arrest warrant, inspection and insurance violations
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Oct. 3-10. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Oct. 3
David E. Kliewer, 38, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for failure to have insurance bond.
Kelsey M. Butler, 28, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register vehicle between 30-150 days.
Christopher Kliewer, 35, of Augusta, was arrested by Smith on a warrant.
Oct. 4
Tobey Moody, 40, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for failure to register motor vehicle after 30-150 days.
Oct. 5
Lucas Fields, 33, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Oct. 6
Denise Michaud, 46, of Winslow, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation, violating conditions of release.
Teel J. Foster, 41, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for negotiating a worthless instrument.
Jacob Johnson, 20, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Smith for insurance violation.
Oct. 8
Joseph Lis, 37, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to register motor vehicle after 30-150 days.
Tyler Fogg, 20, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Smith for dog at large.
Caleb W. Trundy, 25, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 90 days.
Oct. 10
Thomas Sigler, 33, of Northport, was issued a summons by Smith for speeding 71 mph in a 55 mph zone.
