ROCKPORT— Nat Lawson, “The Cognitive Entertainer,” recently completed an intensive training course with the National Guild of Hypnotists. At just over 18 years of age, he became the youngest certified consulting hypnotist in history.

For years now, Nat has been studying psychology, hypnosis, and the stranger workings of the human mind.

"For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with developing new mental abilities in order to create unique and entertaining performances. Receiving my consulting hypnotist certification marks a large change in my career, because for the first time I am learning to use my abilities to help individual people with real world problems," Lawson said.

Lawson is a 2016 graduate of Camden Hills Regional High School, and will attend the University of Texas in Austin where he plans to study linguistics.
