Rockport library’s Donut Dash 5K results
ROCKPORT — The Friends of the Rockport Public Library’s Donut Dash 5K Family Fun Run/Walk was held Saturday, June 8, at 8 a.m. For a second year in a row, the event took place in chilly temps and fog – conditions that participants claimed were “perfect for running.” The race was completed by 210 people (about 60 more than last year), with a few dogs and babies in strollers mixed in.
The overall male and female winners of the race were Eric Neill (age 30), with a time of 17:01 and Emma Bailey (age 25), with a time of 20:30. The following are the male and female winners from each age group.
