ROCKLAND — Rockland Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a stolen Rotzler Titan hydraulic winch, removed from a commercial fishing vessel on March 20, 2022, just before midnight. The boat was being stored on land at Journey’s End Marina in Rockland at the time of the theft.
 
“Rockland’s commercial fishing industry and working waterfront are a pivotal part of the community,” said RPD, on its Facebook page. “Thefts like this not only cost the boat’s captain and crew valuable time and resources but also effect the commercial fishing industry as a whole.”
