ROCKLAND — The Georges River Land Trust (GRLT) is excited to partner with Rock City Roasters to develop a new coffee blend that supports the ongoing conservation work of the Land Trust.

"We are pleased to offer this special roast to the community, that also recognizes the good work of the Georges River Land Trust", says Susanne Ward, owner of Rock City Roasters.

The coffee is a bright high toned medium roast with a rich earthy finish, perfect for an organization that stewards this special portion of the earth. The coffee is available for sale at the Roastery and Café in downtown Rockland. The Land Trust will also be considering additional local outlets. With each sale, 10% of the proceeds will go to support the Land Trust's conservation work, trails, stewardship and educational programs. Find the coffee at www.georgesriver.org and www.rockcitycoffee.com.

Organized in 1987, the Georges River Land Trust works to conserve the ecosystems and traditional heritage of the Georges River watershed region through permanent land protection, stewardship, education and outdoor experiences.
