PROSPECT — Robert "Bob" Hill, 70, of Prospect, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2017, at home. Bob graduated from Bucksport high school, served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Boston and worked for Nyle Corp. for 35 years.

Bob was predeceased by his mother, Susie Pauline Fairbrother; his siblings, Veronica Spencer and Edward Alan Fairbrother; and his beloved dog, Prince.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; his daughters, Andrea Romesburg and her husband, Richard Romesburg, and Michelle Pontious and her husband, Anthony Pontious; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; his siblings, Amelia Hill, Nancy Webster, Rose McAvoy, Daniel Fairbrother, Mary Brown, Charles Fairbrother Jr., Timothy John Fairbrother, and Cheryl McQuarrie.

Per Bob's request, there will be no services.

Arrangements are under the care of Riposta Funeral Home.
