LINCOLNVILLE — Stop by Lincolnville Fine Art Gallery in Lincolnville Beach this summer and view art by Downeast Maine resident Richard Kapral. 

Kapral has been painting since the early fifties, starting with an abstract expressionist style, and has studied art at Cooper Union in New York City.   More than 25 first place-awards from juried art shows have been awarded to him, and his work has been included in public and private collections across the country, including the Jersey City, N.J. museum and the Governor's Mansion in Augusta. 

The Gallery hours are 11 a.m.-5 p.m, seven days a week.
