PBMC, WCGH announce adjusted hours for end-of-week storm

ROCKPORT and BELFAST — Due to a winter storm forecast to move into the coastal area overnight, Pen Bay Medical Center and Waldo County General Hospital ambulatory and outpatient services will close at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, and reopen at 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24.

There are a number of exceptions as follows:

 Cardiac Rehab is closed at both hospitals all day Thursday

 Radiology, Cardiopulmonary, PBMC/WCGH OR, and Endoscopy are open at both hospitals all day Thursday

 PT/OT will remain open Thursday morning and assess weather conditions at 1 p.m.

 Retail Pharmacy will close at 4 p.m. on Thursday and reopen 9 a.m. Friday

 

Patients affected by these schedule changes will be contacted to reschedule.
