Oceanside golf tops MCI

ROCKLAND — The Oceanside golf team hosted Maine Central Institute in Rockland at the Rockland Golf Club on Thursday, Sept. 12.
The host Mariners swung past the visitors 8-1.
Oceanside improved its record to 6-2 with the victory, while Maine Central Institute dropped to 3-5.
Darik Johnson of Oceanside was the match’s medalist.
The next match for Oceanside will be Monday, Sept. 16 against Belfast on 3:30 p.m. at the Rockland Golf Club.
