Margaret Littlefield, obituary
MORRILL — Margaret E. Littlefield, 80, of Morrill, went to be with the Lord on Feb 23, 2017, after a long battle with dementia. Mom was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and now she is our angel.
She enjoyed reading, gardening, bird watching, sewing, and showing horses with her husband, Hugh. They shared many loving years of marriage together. Mom read the Bible daily. She enjoyed many verses but this one seems to be one that she left behind for us to share:
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God” — Matthew 5:8
Mom was predeceased by her daughter, Hughette Cunningham. She is survived by her husband, Hugh Littlefield; her daughters, Annette Poole, Valerie Brady and Lisa Marcouillier; her son, Darryl Littlefield; 11 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 4, at 11 a.m. at Morrill Baptist Church. Burial will be held at a later date at the Littlefield Family Cemetery in Waldo.
Arrangements are under the care of Riposta Funeral Home.
