ReVision Energy’s director of Policy & Government Affairs, Lindsay Bourgoine, of Rockport, was named a 2023 Community Solar Champion by the Coalition for Community Solar Access (CCSA). Bourgoine is one of 22 Advocates and Legislators from six states recognized for their role in expanding community solar.

“Community solar is a critical tool in bringing tangible economic and environmental benefits to all Mainers – and ensuring we achieve an equitable electric future,” said Bourgoine, in a ReVision Energy news release. “I am proud to receive this award and grateful for the support of my team and the broader coalition of solar advocates across the state.”

Bourgoine has more than a decade of experience in climate, conservation, and recreation policy. She joined ReVision Energy in March of 2023.

Bourgoine earned a master’s degree in environmental law and policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and geosciences from Skidmore College. She grew up in Readfield and currently resides with her family in Rockport.
