Lincolnville Planning Board to consider commercial firearms ‘Guns and Roses’ site plan

    LINCOLNVILLE —The Lincolnville Planning Board is again reviewing the commercial site plan of Guns & Roses, a proposed firearms dealer to be located at 55 Vancycle Road. Amber Hanson will be presenting on behalf of the owner, Garo Armen, on Wednesday, April 28, at 7 p.m.

    The facility is to be a part of the residence located at 55 Vancycle Road, according to town documents. Garo Armen is the owner of the property.

    This meeting will be held remotely via Zoom.

    The meeting of the Planning Board is also available to view via Cable TV (channel 22). The public can participate via email (please note “PB - Public Comment” in the subject field) to info@town.lincolnville.me.us provided it is received by no later than 3 p.m. on April 27, 2021.

    Commercial Site Plan:
    1. Guns & Roses, proposed firearms dealer, to be located at 55 Vancycle Road (Map 32 Lot 122). Amber Hanson will be presenting on behalf of the owner, Garo Armen.

    Shoreland Zoning Application:
    Review of a previously approved addition to a cabin located at 173 Mariners Drive (Map 2, Lot 6) that the owner instead of performing the addition demolished the cabin. Will Gartley will be presenting on behalf of the owners, Alexander and Kathryn Cohen.

    Review of requested additions to a non-conforming camp located at 10 Loon Cry Lane (Map 3, Lot 33). James Nelson, the owner, will be presenting.
