CAMDEN — Laverne A. (Young) Dickson, 98, widow of William C. Dickson, died Nov. 22, 2016, at the Sussman House in Rockport. She had lived in Waldoboro for more than 30 years before moving to Windward Gardens in Camden.

There will be a funeral service held on Monday, Nov. 28, at 1:30 p.m. at Long Funeral Home, 9 Mountain St. in Camden, with the Rev. Robert Bellows officiating. Burial will be held following the service in Riverside Cemetery in Waldoboro.
