Superior Court
Matthew A. Berry, 38, of Bangor, domestic violence assault, priors, four months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Dana L. Rodriques Sr., 56, of Chelsea, Mass., operating after suspension, fine $363.64.
Rockland District Court
Keith Harper, 54, of Thomaston, negotiating a worthless instrument, fine $100.
