Superior Court
David G. Fleming, 58, of Warren, assault on an officer, five years in prison.
Rockland District Court
Claude Blue, 58, of Queens Village, N.Y., rule violation unsafe/defective vehicle, fine $500; rule violation Z not listed, prior, fine $100; rule violation operating after disqualified, fine $500; rule violation, operating without duty record, fine $500.
Duncan L. Dyer, 20, of Rockport, domestic violence terrorizing, 180 days in jail, all suspended, probation one year; domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.
Karen Dyer, 34, of Lincolnville, probation violation, original conviction for domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Mark H. Roberts, 70, of Oxnard, Calif., rule violation, operation with false duty, fine $750.
David Robidoux, 50, of Lebanon, operating motor vehicle after suspension, fine $500; leaving the scene of an accident, fine $250.
