ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from Aug. 1-5.

Superior Court

John Paul Cella, 51, of Augusta, burglary, six years in prison with all but 329 days suspended, probation three years, restitution $530; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 329 days in prison; burglary, 329 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 329 days in jail; criminal mischief, six months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, six months in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.

Nicholas Guernsey, 21, of Warren, unlawful sexual contact, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Samuel Simmons, 21, of Spruce Head, probation violation for original conviction of manslaughter, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Rockland District Court

Armando R. Rabanal, 40, of Rockland, indecent conduct, 30 days in jail.
