Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases, Dec. 22-26
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from Dec. 22-26.
Joshua T. Bennett, 28, of Union, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 24 hours in Knox County Jail.
Katherine L. Byrd, 33, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence, $700 fine, two days in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Robert J. Carroll, 23, of Warren, assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail.
Phillip W. Cunningham, 46, of Friendship, operating under the influence, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days; two counts violating conditions of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail, $100 fine.
Jeffrey H. Dorr Jr., 33, of Opelika, Ala., operating without a license, conditions or restrictions; violating conditions of release, three months in jail.
Troy Jackson, 47, of Union, operating under the influence, one prior, probation violation, nine months and one day in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Kathryn Johnson, 22, of Venice, Fla., domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
Nicholas A. Littlefield, 19, of Rockland, minor consuming liquor, $300 fine.
Justin McLellan, 33, of Thomaston, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine.
Jarod D. Rackliff, 38, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $350 fine, $250 restitution.
Amanda Rainville, 26, of West Rockport, use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
John Martin Ruiz, 18, of Waldoboro, minor consuming liquor, $300 fine.
Brian M.E. Swan, 61, of Rockport, motor vehicle speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit. $300 fine.
Zachary W. Titus, 30, of Warren, burglary of a motor vehicle, $500 fine.
