Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from March 6-10.
Destiny Bailey, 19, of Rockland, violating condition of release, two counts, 14 days in jail; criminal trespass, 14 days in jail.
Jason Farrar, 35, of Washington, operating after registration suspended, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
James Furbish, 47, of Bath, aggravated assault, six years in prison with all but 30 months suspended, probation three years.
Ryan A. Hopkins, 26, of Union, criminal trespassing with a dangerous weapon, dismissed; criminal mischief, 21 days in jail; criminal threatening, 364 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation one year.
Daniel J. Johnson, 33, of Swans Island, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 90 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.
