Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Feb. 20-24.
Brian L. Beckett, 38, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
Matthew Nathan Boegel, 18, of Rockland, gross sexual assault, two counts, dismissed; unlawful sexual contact, five years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years, restitution $13.99; assault, $300 fine, 364 days in prison with all suspended, probation one year, $13.99 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail; restitution $13.99; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; minor possession liquor, $200 fine, $150 suspension.
Joel J. Cesarini, 42, of Thomaston, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $500 fine.
Dimitra M. Crudell, 25, of Friendship, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail, $1000 restitution; forgery, 48 hours in jail.
Tyler A. Curry, 26, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, one prior, $900 fine, 14 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended.
Jason G. Gage, 28, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $150 fine; failure to register vehicle, $500 fine.
Pamela S. Goguen, 60, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine.
Daniel Keith Hart, 51, of Owls Head, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Justin Moccia, 30, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years.
Kevin Osgood, 49, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Terry Scott Perry, 43, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 27 months in prison, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Michael C. Semensi, 31, of Boston, Mass., operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, $600 fine, four days in Cumberland County jail, license suspended 150 days; motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit, 48 hours in Cumberland County jail.
Katherine Sims, 47, of St. George, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Loring Utting, 48, of Nobleboro, resident operator commercial fishing without license, $100 fine.
David R. Webb, 43, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
Calvin B. Woodbury, 41, of Warren, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Heath A. Yeaton, 38, of Cushing, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 36 months in prison, $8646.05 restitution; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
