Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Oct. 3-7.
Billy W. Curtis, 27, of Zephyr, Tex., operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, dismissed.
Lynn Fuschino, 64, of Searsmont, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, fine $700, 30 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended; operating after license suspension, dismissed; operating vehicle without license, 30 days in jail.
Dustin Kimball, 31, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Paul Legasse, 36, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 45 days in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, fine $700, 45 days in jail, license suspended three years; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 45 days in jail.
Nathan S. McLellan, 32, of Thomaston, two counts, possessing softshell clams less than two inches, 10-20%, fine $100.
Robert McLellan, 59, of Thomaston, possessing softshell clams less than two inches,10-20 percent, fine $100.
Donald Prior, 43, of Bremen, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, seven days in jail.
Emma K. Provost, 18, of Middleton, Md., minor consuming liquor, fine $250.
Christina Rackliff, 34, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, fine $400.
Ronald Robishaw, 53, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, fine $250; possessing suspended driver license, dismissed.
Cody A. Gnosini Rubenstein, 25, of Rockland, failing to stop for an officer, fine $250; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, fine $500.
