Samuel A. Beverage, 32, of North Haven, burning without a permit, fine $100; kindling fire without permission, fine $100.
Stephen E. Boyle, 45, of Northport, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail.
Alan Bragg, 32, of Warren, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, fine $400, one year in prison; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Dayton N. Bragg, 26, of Appleton, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, fine $250.
Derek M. Bragg, 28, of Waldoboro, assault on an emergency medical care provider, dismissed; assault, fine $300, 364 days in jail with all but 37 days suspended, probation one year; assault, fine $300.
Elijah C. Burnham, 27, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $500.
Denny W. Davis, 70, of Spruce Head, allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, fine $100.
Amber L. Dinsmore, 31, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, fine $150.
Jonathan R. Dodge, 32, of Union, burning without permit, fine $100.
Carl B. Gross, 30, of Vinalhaven, non-owner operating vessel, fine $250.
Jeremy Johnson, 44, of Friendship, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, fine $500.
Joseph Kuhn, 61, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, fine $575, license suspended 30 days.
Craig A. Luce Jr., 20, of Warren, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, fine $500.
Erik J. Moody, 25, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol), fine $1000, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, dismissed.
Jazman Nash, 27, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail; violating condition of release, five days in jail.
Mark E. Nevells, 38, of Deer Isle, untagged lobster traps, fine $1050.
Philip J. Pelletier, 34, of Wells, burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.
Joseph P. Robles, 23, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year; possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, fine $350; use of drug paraphernalia, fine $300; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, dismissed.
Melanie Roy, 42, of Searsmont, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, fine $700, 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.
Santana M. Rytky, 20, of Cushing, assault, two counts, both dismissed.
Thomas E. Sawyer, 18, of Rockland, minor purchasing liquor, fine $300.

Heath A. Yeaton, 38, of Cushing, endangering in activities while suspended, fine $500, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
