Grace Barter, 37, of Rockland, violating a protective order in Rockland May 19, 2024, dismissed.
Joshua Bennett, 38, of Rockland, aggravated criminal trespass, domestic violence criminal threatening, with priors, domestic violence terrorizing, with priors, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer all in Rockland May 15, 2024, all dismissed.
Hannah R. Brady, 23, of Tenants Harbor, fishing without a valid license in Rockport July 29, 2024, $100 fine.
Chad L. Burns, 55, of Friendship, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, in Friendship July 2, 2024, $625 fine.
Damion Lee Butterfield, 24, of Warren, assault on an officer in Warren March 27, 2023, one year in prison; assault on an officer in Warren Dec. 21, 2023, dismissed.
Erin L. Chase, 43, of Warren, domestic violence assault, two counts, in Warren Dec. 17, 2022, and March 7, 2023, 270 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year.
Joseph S. Cooper, 59, of Portland, operating or permitting operation of unregistered motorboat in Camden July 4, 2024, $200 fine.
Ryan J. Cotnoir, 36, Augusta, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit on July 28, 2024, in Union, $500 fine.
Gayle A. Delony, 77, of Dunnellon, Fla., operating under the influence in Rockland Aug. 6, 2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Shannon C. Dickens, 44, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of a crime, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Washington Oct. 17, 2022, all dismissed; violating condition of release in Washington Oct. 15, 2023, Nov. 13, 2023, Feb. 28, 2024, and Aug. 4, 2024, all dismissed.
Carrie Emerson, 46, of Cushing, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief in Cushing March 17, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Cushing March 17, 2024, unconditional discharge.

Michael S. McGuire, 55, of Waldoboro, operating after habitual offender revocation, with one prior, in Warren June 23, 2024, $1,000 fine, three years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years; unlawful possession of heroin in Warren June 23, 2024, same sentence; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop and violating condition of release in Warren June 23, 2024, 30 days in jail.
Laura Beth Myers, 56, of South Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence) in Rockland, $600 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended one year.
Stephen Parece, 38, of Appleton, domestic violence assault, with priors, in Appleton July 28, 2023, dismissed; criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, offensive words, and gestures in Appleton July 28, 2023, in Appleton, guilty on both counts; tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim and violating condition of release on in Rockland Sept. 7, 2023, guilty on both counts.
Matthew Plummer, 41, of Westport Island, aggravated assault in Rockland May 12, 2023, in Rockland, dismissed; assault on an officer in Rockland May 8, 2023, dismissed.
Todd Preston, 37, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Jan. 4, 2023, in Rockland, guilty.
Noah J. Ross, 21, of Cushing, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit in Cushing Sept. 10, 2022, dismissed.
Natalie L. Stewart, 21, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol) and operating vehicle without license (conditions or restrictions) in Cushing July 21, 2022, both dismissed; driving to endanger in Cushing July 21, 2022, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Thomas A. Thomas II, 49, of Knox, failing to report in Rockland May 2, 2024, nine months in jail; failing to report in Rockland May 2, 2024, dismissed.
Claire Turner, 33, of Warren, probation violation for original conviction of aggravated assault in Warren July 13, 2022, 60 days jail; unlawful possession of scheduled in Warren April 17, 2024, $400 fine, 60 days in jail.
