Christopher Cushman, Sr., 44, of Waldoboro, failure to register vehicle in Rockland July 27, 2020, $200 fine.

Robert R. Demmons, Sr., 63, of Lewiston, indecent conduct in Rockland Aug. 1, 2018, 180 days in jail with all but 37 days suspended, probation one year.

Jonah Farley, 26, of Union, failure to register vehicle in Rockport July 20, 2020, $250 fine.

Morgan Farley, 27, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland May 11, 2018, $1100 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence) in Owls Head Sept. 4, 2018, dismissed; violating condition of release in Owls Head Sept. 4, 2018, seven days in jail.

Isaiah Harriman, 21, of Union, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over the speed limit in Washington July 26, 2020, $500 fine.

Bruce L. Hobbs, 55, of Rockland, criminal threatening in Rockland July 2, 2020, $500 fine.

Mark Hupper, 35, of Rockport, operating vehicle without license in Warren Aug. 2, 2020, $150 fine.

Bruce E. Jackson, 51, of Washington, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland July 14, 2020, $500 fine.

Gina M. MacDonald, 22, of North Haven, operating under the influence (alcohol) on North Haven April 27, 2020, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and failing to make oral or written accident report, both occurring on North Haven April 27, 2020, $250 fine.

Donna Marble, 48, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland July 29, 2018, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Lucien B. Marriner, 19, of Thomaston, failure to register vehicle in Appleton July 11, 2020, dismissed.

Robak, 51, of Rockport, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence terrorizing, with priors, both occurring in Rockport Sept. 1, 2018, both dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Rockport May 1, 2018, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Rockport May 1, 2018, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year; terrorizing in Rockport Oct. 1, 2018, seven days in jail; domestic violence assault in Rockport Oct. 8, 2018, dismissed.

Kathleen A. Simmons, 51, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release both occurring in Rockport June 22, 2019, both dismissed.

Jason A. Walsh, 38, of Rockland, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Thomaston Oct. 19, 2015, 180 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
