Wendy Bickford, 44, of Vinalhaven, operating under the influence (alcohol), on Vinalhaven, one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

Dustin B. Brooks, 33, of Rockport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Rockport Dec. 4, 2018, $500 fine, 30 days in jail.

Joseph Burdette, 37, of Hope, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Hope June 1, 2019, $700 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended; operating while license suspended or revoked in Hope June 1, 2019, $250 fine, operating vehicle without license in Hope June 1, 2019, dismissed.

Robert J. Carroll, 28, of Warren, assault of an officer in Warren Oct. 4, 2019, one year in prison.

Frederick H. Chatfield Jr., 72, of Rockport, failure to register vehicle in Rockport July 4, 2019, $150 fine.

Nathan Daniel, 39, of Cushing, hunting without valid license in Rockland Nov. 20, 2017, dismissed.

Derek J. Foster, 27, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in July 6, 2019, $400 fine.

Kyla R. Frederick, 18, of Thomaston, minor transporting vehicle in Rockland July 10, 2019, $150 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Steven R. Garhartt, 28, of Camden, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over the speed limit in Camden June 11, 2019, dismissed.

Hillary Hannan, 31, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockport Feb. 14, 2019, five days in jail; operating under the influence (drugs or combo) in Rockland April 20, 2018, $500 fine, five days in jail, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland April 20, 2018, $400 fine, five days in jail.

Guiliana Hantz, 27, of Camden, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus mph over speed limit in Hope Sept. 21, 2019, dismissed.
