ROCKPORT — The Rockport Public Library will host an art exhibition by the Knox County Art Society (KCAS), April 1 - 30, downstairs on the new exhibition wall.

“Come see the new library and works by nine artists,” said RPL, in a news release.

From May 1 through May 31, a new exhibition will open highlighting the works of more KCAS artists.

Visit the new library and enjoy the art work of Pam Bardon, Nicholas Beverage, Anne Brown, Heather Rose Evans, Jean Kigel, June Kinkade, Joyanna Margo, Tim Moran, and Ann Tracy – all local Knox County artists.

The Rockport Public Library was built with the community in mind. Enjoy the light filled space, relax in the downstairs meeting room looking out over downtown Rockport and view the art pieces on the library’s curved exhibition wall.

The Knox County Art Society’s mission is to enhance the cultural life of the community and support visual artists by providing opportunities for creative expression, learning, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas, resources, and skills. KCAS was founded in March 2019, welcomes new members and is preparing its 2021 activities.
